"Fit Check"

for headshots

I’m here to help your images feel timeless, creamy, and effortlessly beautiful — and it all starts with what you wear.

We’ll walk through the why behind styling, the do’s and don’ts, gather inspiration, and can even create a customized Style Lookbook designed specifically for your session.

Because when the outfits are intentional, everything else falls into place.

So here we go… let’s check the fit.

Bread & Butter

Sometimes the sweetest looks are all about coming back to the basics. The base of a timeless picture begins with a soft complimenting color. This can range from white to gentle grey - but neutrals are what ignite my soul. Think light creams, sage, muted blues, browns and earthy hues. These tones photograph beautifully

but also pair effortlessly with backgrounds. This creates images that feel elevated and cohesive. When in doubt, choose pieces that feel soft and simple. Think of your colors as the bread and butter of your picture: they set the tone, pull everything together, and create the foundation for that timeless.

Milk & Honey

There are little touches that make the biggest difference, like adding the milk and honey. Simple is always key. A clean, crisp outfit goes a long way, allowing your natural presence to shine through. Thoughtfully chosen layers, soft textures, and subtle patterns can be the perfect finishing touch.

Think natural linen, clean gentle patterns, a classic button-down, and tailored blazers. Keep accessories minimal and natural, just a hint is all you need. Comfort is always a win, and above all, wear what makes you feel confident. Confidence is the most beautiful thing you can bring to your session.
